Ritha helps you run an AI sales agent on your own WhatsApp number. We built it to keep your data minimal, secure, and fully in your hands. Here's exactly how we handle it — no jargon.
Your WhatsApp stays yours
You connect your own WhatsApp with WhatsApp's linked-device pairing flow. We never ask for or store your WhatsApp password. You can disconnect anytime, and you remain the owner of your number.
What we store (and why)
To run your dashboard and CRM, we store only what's needed:
- Your account details (business name, login email).
- Your leads' contact info (phone, name) so you can follow up.
- Your conversation messages, so the dashboard and AI can show and continue chats.
That's it — we keep it lean.
What we do NOT store
- Files & media your customers send are not saved on our servers at all.
- We never store your WhatsApp password or sign in as you.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your chats.
We never sell your data
Your contacts and conversations are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. We use them only to run the service for you.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is protected by authentication, passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), and each business's data is isolated from every other business.
Delete anytime
You're in control. You can delete individual leads and messages from your dashboard, and request full account & data deletion by contacting us. We'll remove it promptly.
Independent tool
Ritha is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. You connect your own number and use it under WhatsApp's terms and our Acceptable Use Policy — no spam.
